Therapy Intensives

Therapy intensives are longer sessions that are designed to help you move through treatment faster. They can be one-time sessions to treat a specific traumatic event (ex: birth trauma or traumatic incident) or can occur several times within a 2-3 month period to take 1-2 years of treatment and consolidate it into 2-3 months. Therapy intensives are typically 4-hour blocks of time (usually 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm) and can be used alone or in conjunction with weekly sessions. We will work together to determine the length and frequency of your therapy intensive.

Therapy intensives are often covered by insurance if you have Out of Network benefits.
